Company Conducts Flood Emergency Response Drill to Enhance Preparedness and Safety

As part of its ongoing commitment to workplace safety, business continuity, and risk management, the Company recently conducted a Flood Emergency Response Drill to ensure that employees are well prepared to respond effectively in the event of a flood emergency.

The drill was designed to simulate a realistic flooding scenario that could potentially impact the Company’s operations. It involved the participation of the Emergency Response Team, safety personnel, and employees from various departments, who worked together to carry out the emergency procedures in a coordinated and systematic manner.

The exercise covered key emergency response activities, including early warning and notification, situation assessment, employee evacuation, protection of critical assets and equipment, installation of flood prevention measures, and communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Through this simulation, employees gained valuable hands-on experience and strengthened their understanding of their individual roles and responsibilities during an emergency. The drill also helped improve coordination among teams, enabling a faster, safer, and more effective response to potential flood incidents.

Following the exercise, a comprehensive debriefing session was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the emergency response procedures. Participants shared observations and recommendations, which will be used to further enhance the Company’s emergency preparedness plan and strengthen its resilience against future flood-related risks.
